Denmark is a beautiful sight during the prime golfing spring and fall months. With the temperature right around 15 degrees Celsius, you will be comfortable for a day on the course. But, if you are looking for a winter getaway, most of the Danish courses offer summer greens year round and winter greens are open from November-April.

Rungsted Golf Klub
In the mid-1930s emigrated a circle of Copenhagen Golf Club's members from the golf club in Deer Park, founded Rungsted Golf Club and took an 18-hole golf course designed by British architect CA McKenzie.
The golf course and clubhouse as the dedication in September 1937 largely out like today. In the first several years of club life club took a prominent place in the Danish golf world - partly as a host for a whole range of national and international events, partly as a supplier of some of the best golfers. Also in Danish golfs more official bodies, the club has left its mark on the development. President of the Danish Golf Union came in 30 years in a row from Rungsted.

Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
